To opt out of receiving commercial communications, please send an email to ceo@nuevolinks.com. To exercise any of your other rights (such as the right to access or deletion of your information), please send an email to the above address with a subject line [Nuevo Links Personal Data Request Form]. Such requests should include information to verify your identity (e.g., your name, address, email address, or other required details).

Where we receive your request to exercise one of these rights, we will respond without undue delay and within the time required by applicable law. This may be extended in certain circumstances, such as when requests are complex or numerous.

We will provide the information free of charge, except where requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive (e.g., due to their repetitive nature). In such cases, we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse to act on the request. We will advise you of any fees before proceeding. Additional information may be required to verify your identity before carrying out a request.

    Your Rights:

    • Right to Access & Correct: You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to be provided with a copy of the information (in most circumstances). You also have the right to correct any inaccurate personal information we hold.
    • Right to Restrict Processing: You can ask us to restrict processing of your personal information where:
      • The processing is unlawful, but you prefer restriction over deletion.
      • The accuracy of the data is contested, and the restriction applies until verification or correction.
      • We no longer need the data, but you require it for legal claims.
      • You have objected to processing, and the restriction applies until we verify if we have overriding legitimate grounds.
    • Right to Request Deletion: You can request the deletion of your personal data in specific cases, except when it is needed to comply with legal obligations or for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims.
    • Right to Object to Processing: You may object to the use of your data for marketing or when processing is based on legitimate interests. We will stop processing unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds.
    • Right to Data Portability: You may request a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and transmit it to another controller where technically feasible.
    • Right to Lodge a Complaint: If you object to our processing of your data, you may file a complaint with the data protection authority (DPA) in your jurisdiction.
